Servo Champion 4 Station Minor
An ingenious new Pie and Tart Machine taking full advantage of the new technology available. The target market is the small to medium size producer specialising in products up to 120/115 mm od products (subject to type of product to be produced) The 4-station concept is easy to use.

Its variable speed allowing rate of rotation to be adjusted according to the product. It incorporates our clever compressed air release system that prevents distortion of foil containers through suction and helps the efficient release of the container.
This includes a servo driven motor and light screen guarding. Servo drives give amazing control over the pressing/forming part in the operation of making all types of pastry products. The many useful features are controlled by a plc system.
Die equipment has our useful air release system. The plc screen allows the secure storage of information which enables you to select the best settings for individual products.
Additionally, we use "light" screen guarding. These screens form a protective barrier around the forming/pressing area. This gives greatly improved room for loading, unloading and cleaning with NO moving parts.
