Servo Champion Micro
This includes a servo driven motor and light screen guarding. Servo drives give amazing control over the pressing/forming part in the operation of making all types of pastry products.

In the majority of cases our machines will press pastry to a form or container that the finished product will ultimately be baked in. With the Hand Raised System the pie is baked freestanding which means we need to be able to remove the finished product from its container/form before baking.
The many useful features are controlled by a plc system. Die equipment has our clever air release system. Twin headed die available dependent on diameter and depth.
Additionally, we use "light" screen guarding. These screens form a protective barrier around the forming/pressing area. This gives easy accessibility with NO moving parts.
