The Pasty Machine will produce folded pasties of various shapes and sizes at around 650 an hour (variable speed).
The operator only needs to remove a finished pasty and drop a disc of pastry onto the die.
The table will turn to a depositor station where the filling is dispensed automatically (this can be done by hand if required) and then the table indexes and the die is flipped over and the product is sealed in one swift operation behind the guard.
The table indexes again and the operator removes the finished product.
